Refund Policy

Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced. Please note that personalized or custom items are generally non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing error.


Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at support@thepadforge.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Upon approval, we will provide a return shipping label. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, excluding shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges
If you’d like an exchange for a different size or product, please let us know during the return process. Subject to availability, we’ll ship the replacement item once the return is processed.


Non-Returnable Items
Items returned without prior approval, beyond the 14-day window, or showing signs of wear are not eligible for return or refund.
